Abstract (Croatian)
Rad počinje kratkim uvodom kojemu je zadatak dati kratki opis problematike i zadatka koji moramo ispuniti. Zatim slijedi analiza tržišta u kojoj radimo pregled postojećih proizvoda na tržištu. Nakon toga je napravljena funkcijska struktura jedne tipične dizalice na koju se nadovezuje morfološka matrica sa prijedlozima rješenja za pojedine funkcije. Odabirom pojedinih rješenja imamo podatke za izradu koncepta koji će se poslije tijekom proračuna ponešto izmijeniti i prilagoditi nastalim okolnostima. Prema konceptu slijedi proračun svih važnih komponenti te odabir pogodnog oblika nestandardnih dijelova tako da se daju izraditi od poluproizvoda sa što manjim ukupnim troškom. Isto tako u toj fazi odabiremo i standardne komponente. Sve to je u konačnici zaokruženo dobivanjem svih potrebnih komponenti dizalice te izradom 3D modela u programskom paketu Solidworks i izradom tehničke dokumentacije.
Abstract
The labor starts with a short introduction which gives us the description of task which has to be realized. Afterwards there is a market analysis in which a review of existing products on the market is given. Then a function structure of a tipical crane is formed along with morphological matrix attached to it, which gives us possible solutions for each function. After selecting solutions for functions, the first concept is made, which can be changed during the elaboration. According to concept, each component of the crane is calculated and than non-standard components are designed with a main idea that every component should be as simple as possible for production. At the end of labor a 3D model and technical documentation of the crane in Solidworks is made.
