Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu obrađeno je umjeravanje referentnog etalona sile KBNM – 500 kN koji se nalazi u akreditiranom Laboratoriju za ispitivanje mehaničkih svojstava (LIMS) na Fakultetu strojarstva i brodogradnje u Zagrebu. Teorijski je obrađeno općenito značenje sile i njezino mjerenje, položaj LIMS-a u lancu sljedivosti etalona sile i oprema potrebna za umjeravanje. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provedena su mjerenja na posredničkim etalonima sile nazivnih vrijednosti 50 kN, 100 kN i 500 kN u 3 različite faze mjerenja. Napravljena je usporedba rezultata među fazama i usporedba rezultata s mjerenjima drugih laboratorija. Napravljen je proračun mjerne nesigurnosti i doneseni su zaključci o preciznosti i točnosti provedenih mjerenja.

Abstract

In this work a verification of the reference force standard KBNM – 500 kN has been done. KBNM – 500 kN is located in the accredited Laboratory for examination of mechanical properties (LIMS), on Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture in Zagreb. The general meaning of force and its measurement, the position of LIMS in the chain of traceability of force standards and the equipment required for calibration are theoretically described. In the experimental part of this work, measurements of the transfer force standards of nominal values 50 kN, 100 kN and 500 kN have been done in 3 different measurement phases. A comparison of the results between the phases and comparison of the results with the measurements of other laboratories have been done, as well as a calculation of uncertainty and conclusions about precision and accuracy of the performed measurement.
