Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu koncipirana je i konstruirana rotacijska platforma za sajamska izlaganja traktora. Platforma je konstruirana prema specifikaciji traktora, na način da je prilagođena montaži i demontaži na terenu. Upravo zbog tog zahtjeva posebna pažnja pridodana je masama i oblicima pojedinih dijelova kako bi bilo maksimalno olakšano rukovanje istima. U samom radu dan je pregled nekoliko postojećih rješenja, izvršen proračun elemenata nosive konstrukcije i pogonskog mehanizma. Također, izrađena je procjena rizika u radu s rotacijskom platformom pri čemu su prepoznati rizici, kao i mjere za njihovo otklanjanje ili svođenje na manju mjeru. U prilogu je dana radionička dokumentacija većine dijelova.

Abstract

In this paper, a rotating platform for the exhibition of tractors is conceived and constructed. The platform is constructed according to the tractor specification, so it is adapted the field assembly and disassembly. This is the reason why special attention is given to the masses and shapes of the individual parts, so that ease of handling is maximised. The paper presents a review of several existing solutions, and calculation of the elements of the supporting structure and the drive mechanism is made. Also, a risk assessment of the rotating platform operation was developed, detecting the risks as well as the measures for their removal or reduction. Work documentation for the most of the parts is attached.
