Abstract (Croatian)

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je ispitivanje mogućnosti zavarivanja tankih ploča aluminijske legure EN AW 5754 pomoću robotske stanice. U radu je detaljno opisan proces nastanka aluminija i aluminijskih legura, svojstva aluminija i njegovih legura te su navedena dva najčešća postupka zavarivanja MIG i TIG, te je opisana robotska stanica na kojoj je proveden eksperimentalni dio. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provedeno je zavarivanje uzoraka, te njihovo ispitivanje prema normi HRN EN ISO 15614-2. Prema normi provedeno je ispitivanje nerazornim metodama i razornim metodama te su rezultati navedeni u radu. Od nerazornih metoda provedena je vizualna provjera uzoraka, rendgensko snimanje i ispitivanje penetrantima, a od razornih metoda provedeno je ispitivanje makro uzoraka, ispitivanje savijanjem epruveta, te ispitivanje kidanjem epruveta. Nakon ispitivanja provedena je analiza dobivenih rezultata te je na temelju rezultata donesen zaključak.

Abstract

The topic of this graduate thesis is to examine the possibility of welding thin-walled aluminum alloy EN AW 5754 using a robotic cell. The paper describes the process of emergance aluminum and aluminum alloys, the properties of aluminum and its alloys, the two most commonly used welding procedures MIG and TIG, and the robotic cell on which the experimental part was performed. In the experimental part it was performd the welding of samples and their testing according to HRN EN ISO 15614-2. According to the standard, the study was conducted by non-destructive methods and destructive methods, and the results are listed in the paper. Of non-destructive methods were performed visual inspection of samples, x-ray and penetrant testing, and macroscopic examination, bending test, and tube fracture testing were performed from the destructive methods. After the examination, the analysis of the obtained results was carried out and based on the results the conclusion was made.
