Abstract (Croatian)

Predmet ovoga rada je projektno rješenje sustava grijanja, hlađenja, ventilacije i pripreme potrošne tople vode stambene grade na području Grada Zagreba. Zgrada se sastoji od 3 etaže, a na svakoj etaži nalazi se jedan stan. Budući da zgrada nema podrum, smještaj opreme predviđen je na ravnom krovu zgrade. Sustav grijanja izveden je kao centralni toplovodni s prisilnom cirkulacijom temperaturnog režima 38/32 oC. Kao ogrjevna tijela koristi se podno grijanje. Isti cjevovod koristi se i kao rashladna tijela. Cjevovod podnog grijanja i hlađenja dimenzioniran je na temelju ogrjevnih, odnosno rashladnih opterećenja svake prostorije. Projektno ogrjevno opterećenje određeno je prema normi HRN EN 12831, a rashladno opterećenje prema smjernicama VDI 2078. Izvor topline za grijanje i hlađenje je dizalica topline s vertikalnim bušotinskim izmjenjivačima. Predviđen je sustav centralne mehaničke ventilacije s rekuperatorom topline. Za pripremu tople vode predviđen je solarni sustav s akumulacijskim spremnikom. Solarni kolektori dimenzionirani su na način da mogu isporučiti ukupnu potrebnu energiju za zagrijavanje PTV-a u ljetnom periodu. Kada solarni sustav ne može isporučiti potrebnu dnevnu količinu energije, voda se zagrijava u dizalici topline s ugrađenim električnim grijačem. U radu je priložena i tehnička dokumentacija koja se sastoji od crteža koji definiraju raspored i montažu, te funkcionalna shema spajanja i regulacije sustava.

Abstract

This thesis provides a technical solution for heating, cooling, preparation of domestic hot water (DHW) and ventilation, for a residential building located in the city of Zagreb. The building consists of three floors, and on each floor is one apartment. Since the building doesn’t have a basement, the accommodation of equipment is provided on the flat roof of the building, The heating system was performed as a central heat source with forced circulation of the temperature regime 38/32 oC. Underfloor heating is used as a heating element. The same pipeline is also used as cooling bodies. The underfloor heating and cooling pipeline is dimensioned based on the heating or cooling loads of each room. The project heat load is determined according to HRN EN 12831 and the cooling load according to VDI 2078. The source of heat for heating and cooling is the heat pump with vertical boreholes. A central mechanical ventilation system with a heat recuperator is also foreseen. For hot water preparation, a solar storage system is provided. Solar collectors are dimensioned in a way that they can deliver the total amount of energy needed to heat DHW in the summer. When the solar system can’t deliver the required daily amount of heat, the water is heated in a heat pump with a built-in electric heater. The paper also contains technical documentation consisting of drawings that define the layout and installation, as well as the functional scheme of the connection and regulation of the system.
