Abstract (Croatian)

U radu su opisane tehnologije oblikovanja deformiranjem potrebne za proizvodnju dva metalna izratka, tzv. obratka za bušilicu i obratka za skladište. U sklopu teorijskog dijela opisane su tehnologije prosijecanja, probijanja i savijanja. Uz ove tehnologije opisni su najčešći strojevi na kojima se operacije izvode. Nadalje, obrađeni su pojedini elementi strojeva koji služe za pomoć u radu kao što su izbacivači i njihova konstrukcija. Najviše su proučeni postupci savijanja: kružno, oštro kutno i profilno oštro savijanje. U dijelu obrade savijanjem proučeni su tipični profili koji se savijaju raznim postupcima. Obrađena je i većina parametara koji najviše utječu na navedene procese oblikovanja (sile, naprezanja). U okviru završnog rada predstavljena su rješenja za pomoć u pogonu u obliku dva metalna obratka koja se dobivaju procesima savijanja, prosijecanja i probijanja. Opisana rješenja imaju zadatak skratiti ukupno vrijeme ciklusa i eliminirati gubitke vremena na nepotrebne radnje. Osnovni cilj predloženih rješenja jest povećanje produktivnosti.

Abstract

This thesis discusses the technology of forming by deformation necessary for the manufacturing of two metal workpieces, i.e. the so-called drill workpiece and warehouse workpiece. In the theoretical part, the technologies of stamping, punching and bending were illustrated. In addition to the technologies, the machines that are most commonly used for such operations were represented. Moreover, single elements of auxiliary machines such as ejectors and their construction were analysed. Bending procedures were most closely examined: circular, acute angle and profile acute bending. In the part dealing with the bending manufacturing process, typical profiles bended by different procedures were described. The majority of parameters that have the highest impact on the aforementioned forming processes (forces, strain) were also investigated. In the thesis, auxiliary manufacturing solutions in the form of two metal workpieces manufactured by bending, stamping and punching processes were represented; the described solutions are aimed at reducing the overall cycle time and eliminating time losses associated with unnecessary operations. The basic goal of the proposed solutions is to increase productivity.
