Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu se opisuje postupak mjerenja modula elastičnosti i tvrdoće metodom nanoindentacije uz prikaz ovisnosti mehaničkih svojstava tvrdih metala o mikrostrukturi tj. sadržaju kobalta (Co) i veličini zrna. Provedeni postupak objašnjen je metodom nanoindentacije po Pharru koji se temelji na objašnjenju matematičkog oblika krivulja opterećenja i rasterećenja koje se javljaju prilikom utiskivanja piramidalnog indentora u materijal. Ispitivanje je provedeno na trima uzorcima tvrdih metala različitih sadržaja kobalta (Co).

Abstract

This paper describes the process of measuring the elastic modulus and hardness with nanoindentation method, as well as showing the dependence of the mechanical properties of hard metal on the microstructure (the content of cobalt) and the size of the hard metal grains. Described procedure is explained by Pharr nanoindentation method based on an explanation of the mathematical shape of the load and unload curves that occur when the pyramidal indentor is embedded in the material. The study was performed on three hard metal samples that differ in microstructure ie. cobalt (Co) content.
