Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom završnom radu obrađena je tema rezanja plazmom. U teoretskom dijelu završnog rada opisan je postupak rezanja plazmom. Objašnjeni su glavni parametri rezanja te njihov utjecaj na kvalitetu reza. Opisana je pripadajuća oprema za rezanje i integracija sa CNC sustavima. Navedene su i objašnjene inačice postupaka rezanja plazmom. Eksperimentalni dio rada proveden je u Karlovcu u tvrtki General Electric gdje su izrezani uzorci na kojima je izvršena analiza utjecaja najvažnijih parametara obrade. Pomoću stroja za plazma rezanje Onyx proizvođača Eckert rezani su uzorci nehrđajućeg čelika debljina 8 i 20 mm. Uzorci su rezani različitim iznosima jakosti struje te primjenom različitih plinova i plinskih mješavina. Nakon rezanja promatran je utjecaj plazmenog plina, posmične brzine te jakosti struje na kvalitetu reza nehrđajućeg čelika.

Abstract

In this paper, the subject of plasma cutting was described. First part of the paper describes the theory of the plasma cutting, as well as the influence of the main cutting parameters and their impact on cutting quality. Different types of plasma cutting equipment and integration with CNC systems is also described. The experimental part of the work was carried out in Karlovac, in General Electric. Stainless steel samples, with thickness of 8 and 20 mm were cut using different cutting parameters and gas mixtures on Onyx Eckert cutting machine. Influence of plasma gas, cutting speed and currents on the quality of the stainless steel cut were observed.
