Abstract (Croatian)

Zadatak ovog rada bio je izraditi studiju izvedivosti izgradnje vodospreme – tehničku i ekonomsku analizu njene izgradnje u pretežito nizinskom naselju s 8000 stanovnika. Korištenjem modela izotermičkog, stacionarnog strujanja nestlačivog fluida u složenom cjevovodu, metodom Hardy Crossa potvrđeno je da vodosprema osigurava potreban tlak od 2 bara u svim čvorovima cijevne mreže i da ju je moguće napuniti za vrijeme noćnih sati, kada je jeftinija cijena električne energije. Ekonomskom analizom pokazano je da je projekt, ukoliko bi 50 % bio financiran vlastitim sredstvima komunalog poduzeća, a 50 % sredstvima banke neisplativ i generira gubitke, ali ako se financiranje kreditom zamijeni bespovratnim sredstvima Europske unije, projekt generira 260.046,31 kn sadašnje vrijednosti dobiti uz stopu povrata od 9,82 %.

Abstract

The goal of this paper was to preform a feasibility study of a water tank – a technical and economical analysis of constructing a water tank in a mostly lowlands settlement with a population of 8000. Using the model of isothermic, stationary uncompressible flow in a complex pipe network, the method of Hardy Cross has proven that the water tank is capable of creating at least 2 bar of pressure in all junctions of the network and that it's possible to fill the water tank during nighttime, when the electricity prices are lower. Economical analysis has proven that the project, if funded by utility company's own funds with a share of 50 %, and using the bank loan to cover the other 50 % of expenses, generated losses. Using the funding from European Union's structural and cohesion funds to replace the bank loan, the project generates a net present profit of 260 046.31 kn and it's internal return rate is 9.82 %
