Abstract (Croatian)
Koncepti predstavljaju moguća rješenja zadanog problema, a generiraju se nakon što su definirani ciljevi, odnosno u jednoj od ranijih faza razvoja proizvoda. Budući da je tako rano potrebno odabrati jedan koncept iz kojega će se nastaviti razvijati proizvod postoji mnogo metoda evaluacije koje pomažu prilikom donošenja te odluke. U ovom radu korištena je metoda pod nazivom Aksiomatsko konstruiranje koja se temelji na tvrdnji da dobra konstrukcija zadovoljava aksiom nezavisnosti i informacijski aksiom. Na temelju postojeće literature predložena je metodologija za istraživanje u okviru kojeg je izvršena evaluacija koncepata skutera za mobilnost koji su razvijeni tokom EGPR kolegija u suradnji sa industrijskim partnerom. Skuteri za mobilnost su električno pogonjena vozila konstruirana za ljude s ograničenom pokretljivošću. Tokom istraživanja ustanovljeno je da je za pravilnu primjenu principa Aksiomatskog konstruiranja važno pravilno definirati funkcijske zahtjeve, odnosno pravilno provesti dekompoziciju. Funkcijski zahtjevi dobiveni su direktno iz potreba korisnika koje su postavljene uz pomoć podataka prikupljenih na početku kolegija u okviru analize tržište. Na temelju postavljenih zahtjeva proveden je proces povezivanja pomoću kojeg su dobiveni konstrukcijski parametri a zatim i matrice konstruiranja. Evaluacija je izvršena ovisno o tome ispunjava li koncept navedene funkcijske zahtjeve, analizom sparenosti matrica konstruiranja prema aksiomu nezavisnosti i analizom količine informacija prema informacijskom aksiomu. Na kraju je izvršena usporedba dobivenih rezultata sa metodama evaluacije pronađenim u literaturi, odabran je najbolji koncept i predložena su poboljšanja prema već navedenim kriterijima.
Abstract
Concepts represent viable solutions for solving the specified problem and are generated after target specifications are defined in one of the earliest phases of product development. Since it is necessary to choose a single concept from which product will continue to develop, there are many evaluation methods to help make this decision. In this paper, Axiomatic Design method, which is based on a claim that good design satisfies Independence and Information Axiom, is used. Based on existing literature case methodology was proposed within which mobility scooter concepts, developed during the EGPR course in cooperation with an industrial partner, were evaluated. Mobility scooters are electrically powered vehicles designed for people with limited mobility. During research it was established that, for correct application of Axiomatic Design principles, correct decomposition and formulation of functional requirements was necessary. Functional requirements were defined directly from costumer needs which were formulated with data gathered at the beginning of the course within the market analysis. Based on set requirements, mapping process was conducted by which design parameters and design matrices were gained. Evaluation was conducted based on whether concepts fulfill functional requirements, coupling analysis according to Independence Axiom and analysis of content information according to Information Axiom. Lastly, a comparison between obtained results and other methods found in literature was made, best concept was selected, and improvements were suggested according to specified criteria.
