Abstract (Croatian)

U radu su ispitani mogućnosti modificiranja i prevlačenja površine prstena kliznog ležaja od čelika DIN 100Cr6. Provedeni su postupci nitrokarburiranja u solnoj kupci TENIFER, nitriranje u plazmi i prevlačenje TiN/TiCN postupkom PACVD. Ispitana je hrapavost površine, mikrostruktura rubnog sloja i faktor trenja. Iz analize mikrostrukture uočena je različita debljina zone spojeva i debljina nitriranja na vanjskom i unutrašnjem dijelu prstena. Iz ispitivanja faktora trenja u triboparu ispitni prsten – kvadar prevučen PACVD prevlakom TiN/TiCN utvrđeno je da kod opterećenja normalnom silom od 60 N najveći faktor trenja utvrđen je u polaznom stanju prstena, a najmanji na prstenu prevučenom PACVD prevlakom TiN/TiCN. U drugom slučaju kod opterećenja normalnom silom od 120 N najveći faktor trenja utvrđen je na prstenu prevučenom PACVD prevlakom TiN/TiCN, a najmanji na prstenu nitriranom u plazmi.

Abstract

The paper examines the possibilities of modifying and coating the surface of the sliding bearing ring of steel DIN 100Cr6. Nitrocarburizing procedures were performed in the TENIFER solvents, plasma nitration and TiN / TiCN PACVD coating. Surface roughness, the microstructure of the surface layer and the friction factor were investigated. From the microstructure analysis, different thickness of the bonding zone and the thickness of nitration on the outer and inner ring part were observed. From test of the friction factor in the tribo pair, the test ring - block coated with PACVD TiN / TiCN loaded with a normal force of 60 N it was determined that the largest friction factor was in the starting condition and in the case of the smallest ring coated with the PACVD TiN / TiCN. In the second case, with the load of 120 N, the largest friction factor was found in the ring coated with PACVD TiN / TiCN and the smallest ring nitrated in plasma.
