Abstract (Croatian)

WLTP (eng. The Worldwide harmonized Light vehicles Test Procedure) je ispitni ciklus za određivanje potrošnje goriva i emisija osobnih (kategorija M1) i lakih gospodarskih vozila (kategorija N1). Zamjenjuje od rujna 2017. godine do tada standardni NEDC ispitni ciklus (uvođenjem Euro 6c razine emisija štetnih tvari). Cilj ovoga rada je pokazati razlike između dva navedena ispitna ciklusa. U radu su najprije opisani ispitni ciklusi i prikazani karakteristični rezultati koji se za cikluse mogu pronaći u literaturi. Nakon toga slijedi prikaz proračuna WLTP ispitnog ciklusa pri čemu je detaljno prikazan način određivanja stupnjeva prijenosa u svakom trenutku ispitnog ciklusa, što je i najbitnija razlika između NEDC i WLTP ispitnih ciklusa. Na kraju je proveden proračun za isto vozilo (motor) za oba ispitna ciklusa. Na temelju literature, ali i zbog većih brzina i dinamičnije vožnje očekuje se veća potrošnja goriva kao i emisija CO2 kod WLTP ispitnog ciklusa.

Abstract

WLTP (The Worldwide harmonized Light vehicles Test Procedure) defines test cycle for determining the levels of fuel consumption and emissions from passenger cars (M1 category) and light commercial vans (N1 category). It has replaced the standard NEDC test cycle since September 2017 (by implementing Euro 6 level of pollution emission). The purpose of this work is to show differences between the two mentioned procedures. Test cycles are described and characteristic results are shown, both that can be found in the literature. After that, the WLTP test procedure calculation is followed by detailing the method of determining the transmission gear ratio at any point in the test cycle, which is also the most important difference between the NEDC and WLTP test cycles. Based on the literature, because of the higher speed and more dynamic driving, higher fuel consumption as well as CO2 emission are expected in the WLTP test procedure.
