Abstract (Croatian)

Spajanje materijala različitih svojstava poput aluminija i bakra moguće je postići tehnologijom metalurgije praha. U ovom radu analiziran je problem spajanja bakra i aluminija te su navedeni postupci koji se koriste za njihovo spajanje. U eksperimentalnom dijelu izrađeni su uzorci aluminija i bakra primjenom metalurgije praha s kompaktiranjem pomoću hladnog izostatskog prešanja u ulju. Prije prešanja prahovi su bili usipani u elastični kalup s naglim prijelazom između njih, potom uzorci postepenog prijelaza između prahova s pomiješanom zonom te potpuno pomiješanim prahovima. Nakon hladnog izostatskog prešanja na njima se vršila obrada odvajanjem čestica kako bi uzorci bili pogodni za analizu mikrostrukture na svjetlosnom mikroskopu. Potom su na uzorcima provedena ispitivanja električnih svojstava poput kontaktnog otpora te termovizije spoja pri protjecanju struje kroz uzorak.

Abstract

Connecting materials of different properties such as aluminum and copper can be achieved by powder metallurgy technology. This study analyzes the problem of copper and aluminium joining and the processes already used for their joining. In the experimental part aluminum and copper samples were made using powder metallurgy with compacting by cold isostatic pressing. Before pressing, the powders were put into an elastic mold with a straight gradation between them, followed by samples with a mixed zone between the powders and completely blended powders. After the cold isostatic pressing process the samples were shaped on a milling cutter to make them suitable for microstructure analysis on a microscope. Afterwards on the samples were measured some electrical properties such as contact resistance and thermovision of the sample connected to an electrical current flow.
