Abstract (Croatian)

U teorijskom dijelu rada opisan je MAG postupak zavarivanja, njegova povijest, parametri zavarivanja, načini prijenosa metala u električnom luku i oprema za zavarivanje. Uz to, opisani su modificirani postupci MAG zavarivanja temeljeni na modificiranim inačicama prijenosa metala u električnom luku koji su razvijeni s ciljem eliminacije nedostataka osnovnih načina prijenosa metala u električnom luku te povećanja produktivnosti i stabilnosti procesa zavarivanja. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada analizirana su dva spoja istog materijala jednakih debljina zavarena različitim postupcima. Prvi spoj zavaren je konvencionalnim MAG postupkom zavarivanja uz prijenos metala štrcajućim lukom, dok je drugi spoj zavaren modificiranim MAG postupkom koji koristi prijenos metala zakopanim lukom. Analiza i usporedba zavarenih spojeva provedena je s ciljem dobivanja informacija o prikladnosti upotrebe modificiranog MAG postupka zavarivanja uz primjenu zakopanog luka kao zamjene za konvencionalni MAG postupak.

Abstract

The theoretical part of the thesis describes the MAG welding procedure, its history, welding parameters, the modes of metal transfer and the welding equipment. In addition, the thesis describes the modified MAG welding processes based on modified modes of metal transfer that have been developed to eliminate the disadvantages of the basic transmission methods of the metal in the electrical harbor, and increase the productivity and stability of the welding process. In experimental part of this thesis, two joints of the same material of the same thickness welded by different methods are analyzed. The first joint is welded by the conventional MAG welding process with the metal transfer of the spray transfer, while the second compound is welded with the modified MAG process that uses buried arc. The analysis and comparison of the welded joints was carried out with a view to obtaining information on the suitability of using the modified MAG welding process using a buried arc as a replacement for the conventional MAG process.
