Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu provedena su ispitivanja triboloških i korozijskih svojstava uzoraka od legure ASTM F 1537 s odgovarajućom hrapavosti površine te u prevučenom i neprevučenom stanju. Legura je prevučena PACVD prevlakama TiCN/TiN i TiN/TiCN te je provedena karakterizacija prevlake ispitivanjem hrapavosti, debljine i adhezivnosti prevlake. Otpornost na adhezijsko trošenje ispitana je metodom Block on Ring dok su korozijska ispitivanja provedena metodom elektrokemijske impendacijske spektroskopije. Iz provedenih ispitivanja utvrđeno je da PACVD prevlaka TiN/TiCN ima značajno manji faktor trenja od PACVD TiCN/TiN prevlake. Prevlaka TiCN/TiN pokazuje se povoljnijom s obzirom na korozijsku postojanost u odnosu na prevlaku TiN/TiCN

Abstract

This paper investigated the tribological and corrosion properties of samples of ASTM F 1537 alloy with appropriate surface roughness and in coated and uncoated state. The alloy was coated with PACVD coatings TiCN / TiN and TiN / TiCN and the coating characterization was performed by testing the roughness, thickness and adhesion of the coating. Resistance to adhesion wear was tested by the Block on Ring method while the corrosion tests were performed by electrochemical impendance spectroscopy. From the tests carried out it was found that the PACVD TiN / TiCN coating had a significantly lower friction factor than the PACVD TiCN / TiN coating. The TiCN / TiN coating appears to be more favorable with respect to the corrosion resistance with respect to the TiN / TiCN coating.
