Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je opisana usporedba svojstava tvrdih prevlaka TiN/TiCN i TiN/TiBN na nehrđajućem čeliku X5CrNi18-10. Prevlake TiN/TiCN i TiN/TiBN nanesene su plazmatski potpomognutim prevlačenjem iz parne faze (PACVD). Otpornost prevlaka na abraziju određena je metodom „suhi pijesak-gumeni kotač“ prema normi ASTM G65. Debljina prevlake određena je kalotestom prema normi ISO EN 1071-2:2003. Prionjivost prevlake ispitana je utiskivanjem Rockwell C indentora prema normi VDI 3198. Iz provedenih ispitivanja utvrđeno je da je TiN/TiBN prevlaka otpornija na abrazijsko trošenje, te da ima bolju prionjivost od TiN/TiCN prevlake.

Abstract

In this paper, comparison of the properties of hard coatings TiN/TiCN i TiN/TiBN on stainless steel EN X5CrNi18-10, is described. Coatings TiN/TiCN and TiN/TiBN were produced by plasma assisted chemical vapour deposition (PACVD). The abrasion resistance of coatings is determined by the „dry sand-rubber wheel“ method according to the ASTM G65 standard. Coating thickness is determined by ball rotation test (Calotester) according to the ISO 1071-2:2003 standard. Coating adhesion is determined by insertion of Rockwell C indentor, according to the VDI 3198 norm. From tests carried out it was found that the TiN/TiBN coating is more abrasion resistant and has better adhesion than the TiN/TiCN coating.
