Abstract (Croatian)

Laserska tehnologija se danas koristi u svim sferama života, a ima i sve veću i značajniju industrijsku ulogu zahvaljujući svojim odličnim karakteristikama i jednostavnosti upotrebe. Izvrsna preciznost i ponovljivost te fleksibilnost laserske tehnologije se posebice koristi kod postupaka zavarivanja i rezanja, ali isto tako i kod manje poznatih postupaka, kao što je primjerice označavanje gotovih proizvoda. Klasični postupci nanošenja oznaka na gotove proizvode su dugotrajni, spori i često suviše komplicirani. U današnje doba automatizacije i izrazitog razvoja tehnologije, klasični postupci nanošenja oznake predstavljaju gubitak dragocjenog vremena čime dolazi do povećanja troškova izrade i smanjenja konkurentnosti tvrtke na tržištu. Laserska tehnologija nanošenja oznake predstavlja veliki napredak i ubrzanje u odnosu na klasične postupke te samim time zauzima sve veći udio u postupcima nanošenja oznaka na gotove proizvode. U sklopu ovog rada opisan je proizvodni pogon gdje je sustav za lasersko označavanje implementiran te je ukratko opisana laserska obrada sa svojim temeljnim principima. U daljnjem dijelu rada opisana ja laserska tehnologija označavanja i prikazana su neka od rješenja sustava za lasersko označavanje koje je moguće pronaći na tržištu. Predloženo je konstrukcijsko rješenje postolja za lasersko označavanje proizvoda koje zadovoljava potrebe i prilagođeno je proizvodnom programu proizvodnog pogona gdje se implementira. Uz konstrukciju su provedeni i svi potrebni proračuni i priložena je tehnička dokumentacija. U praktičnom dijelu rada je provedeno ispitivanje ovisnosti dubine nanesene oznake o posmičnoj brzini nanošenja oznake. Također je i napravljena usporedba vremena nanošenja oznake prije implementacije sustava za lasersko označavanje, gdje je oznaka nanošena pomoću numerički upravljanog alatnog stroja, i nakon implementacije sustava.

Abstract

Laser technology is used today in all spheres of life, and it has a bigger and more significant industrial role thanks to its great features and ease of use. Exceptional precision and repeatability and the flexibility of laser technology are particularly useful in welding and cutting processes, but also in lesser known processes, such as marking finished products. The classic methods of making marks on finished products are long lasting, slow and often too complicated. In today's automation and technology development, classical methods of marking represent a waste of valuable time, resulting in increased costs of manufacturing and reducing the company's competitiveness on the market. Laser marking technology represents a major advancement and acceleration compared to classical methods, and thus takes on an increasing share in the process of marking finished products. Within this paper, a production facility is described where laser marking system is implemented and laser treatment is briefly described with its basic principles. In the further part of the paper, laser marking technology is described and some of the laser marking system solutions that can be found on the market are shown. A design solution for the laser marking of products which meets the needs and is suitable to the production program of the manufacturing plant where it is implemented. Along with the construction, all the necessary calculations have been carried out and the technical documentation has been attached. In the practical part of the work, a test of the dependence of the mark on the depth of the applied mark of the feed rate of application was carried out. Also, there is a comparison of the timing of the marking before the implementation of the laser marking system, where the mark was applied using a numerically controlled machine tool, and after the system implementation.
