Abstract (Croatian)

U radu je teorijski opisano injekcijsko prešanje polimera i najvažniji parametri istog. Opisani su ISO kalupi, ISO ispitna tijela te postupci ispitivanja mehaničkih svojstava. U sklopu rada proveden je eksperimentalni dio, kojem je svrha bila ispitivanje utjecaja signifikantnih parametara injekcijskog prešanja na rasteznu čvrstoću linije spoja. Bilo je potrebno injekcijskim prešanjem preraditi jedan amorfni te jedan kristalni plastomer te istražiti postoje li i koje su razlike u njihovom ponašanju pri preradi injekcijskim prešanjem. Eksperiment je proveden na ubrizgavalici Battenfeld UNILOG 1000 za materijale polipropilen i polistiren.

Abstract

In this paper the injection moulding of polymers and it's most important parameters are theoretically described. ISO moulds, ISO test pieces and some mechanical properties testing methods are described. As part of the paper, an experiment was conducted , in which the influence of the significant injection moulding parameters on the tensile strength of the weld line was tested. It was necessary to make one amorphous and one crystalline plastomer and to investigate wether there were any differences in their behavior in processing by injection moulding . The experiment was carried out on injection machine Battenfeld UNILOG1000 for polypropylene and for polystyrene.
