Abstract (Croatian)

Za potrebe kvalitetnog optimiranja proizvodnih procesa s ciljem uvođenja novih tehnologija karakteriziranih smanjenim emisijama štetnih plinova i povećanom energetskom učinkovitošću, nužno je izvesti odgovarajući matematički model procesa. Takav model bi trebao biti jednostavan za implementaciju te se isključivo zasnivati na fizikalnim karakteristikama postrojenja, umjesto oslanjanja na empirijske relacije. Stoga se u ovom radu predlaže nelinearni dinamički model isparivačkog kruga generatora pare rafinerijskog energetskog postrojenja, s prirodnom cirkulacijom vode i jednim bubnjem, a koji se zasniva isključivo na fizikalnim zakonitostima očuvanja mase, energije i količine gibanja. Uslijed jednoznačnosti njegove definicije, model se lako može poopćiti za analizu sličnih postrojenja, pri čemu je potrebno prilagoditi ključne operativne parametre kao što su radni tlak, temperatura, kapacitet proizvodnje pare i značajke pomoćne opreme. Učinkovitost modela potvrđena je kroz numeričku simulaciju pojava koje se događaju u različitim dijelovima generatora pare za slučaj stvarnog procesnog poremećaja, pri čemu su ulazi u model zasnovani na standardnim pogonskim mjerenjima.

Abstract

For the purpose of precise optimization of production processes aimed at introducing novel technologies characterized by reduced pollutant emissions and increased energy efficiency, it is paramount to derive an appropriate mathematical model. Such a model should be characterized by simple implementation and based exclusively on physical characteristics of the plant, rather than relying on empirical relationships. Therefore, this work proposes a nonlinear dynamic model of a single-drum natural circulation boiler evaporator circuit within the oil refinery power-plant, which is based on the physical laws of conservation of mass, energy and momentum. Due to uniqueness of model definition, it can be generalized in a straightforward manner for the purpose of analysis of similar boiler facilities, wherein it would only be necessary to adjust the key operational parameters, such as operating pressure and temperature, steam production capacity and characteristics of ancillary equipment. The effectiveness of the proposed model is verified through numerical simulations of phenomena occurring within different parts of the boiler system for the case of realistic process disturbance, with standard field measurements used as model inputs.
