Abstract (Croatian)

Veslanje je zahtjevan sport u kojem se izvode ponavljajući pokreti (zaveslaji) a pritom koriste mnoge mišićne skupine. Sprava koju veslači redovito koriste za psihofizičku pripremu je veslački ergometar koji, ovisno o konstrukciji simulira uvjete veslanja na vodi. S obzirom na učestalost korištenja ergometara u klubovima i teretanama te načela održivog razvoja modernog svijeta postavlja se pitanje mogućnosti skladištenja dijela utrošen energije imajući na umu potrebe karakteristične za veslački sport. U razradi teme korišteni su rezultati mjerenja te iskustvo studentskog veslanja. Iz nekoliko ideja osmišljena su tri koncepta od kojih se jedan pokazao kao optimalan. Konstrukcija mehaničkog prijenosnika snage provedena je po VDI 2736 normi budući da su se polimerni zupčanici pokazali kao najbolje rješenje. Nakon određivanja radnih temperatura provedeno je dimenzioniranje a potom kontrola naprezanja. Kao prikladan pokazao se istosmjerni generator snage za što je poslužio istosmjerni motor bez četkica proizvođača Dunkermotoren. Nakon provedenog proračuna vratila te odabira ležajeva napravljen je model sklopa koji bi e mogao spojiti na postojeću konstrukciju.

Abstract

Rowing is a demanding sport which requires multiple muscle groups for repeating strokes. Device used for psychophysical training used by rowers is called an ergometer which, depending on construction, simulates rowing conditions of water rowing. Taking in account how frequently ergometers are being used by rowing clubs and gyms and having in mind modern sustainable growth principles there is a possibility of storing a partf of spent energy, taking in consideration characacteristic needs of rowing sport. In elaboration od the thesis measurement results and student rowing excperience were used. From couple of basic ideas three concepts came up of which one was considered as optimal. Construction of a mechanical transmission system was done using VDI 2736 standard since polymer gears were the best in meeting the criteria. After determining working ohase temperature dimensioning was done followed by fatique stress and surface pressure control. As a suitable generator BLDC motor by company Dunkermotoren was chosen. After shaft and bearing calculation, CAD model was made of a device which is suitable for ergometers in use.
