Abstract (Croatian)

Kako bismo osigurali pouzdanost i kvalitetno pritezanje vijčanog spoja, potrebno je osigurati točnost samog momentnog alata kojim se kontrolirano pritežu vijak i matica određenim momentom sile. Točnost momentnih alata ovisi o postupku te o vremenskom periodu između procesa umjeravanja. U radu su opisani razvoj i konstruiranje uređaja koji služi za umjeravanje momentnih ključeva prema aktualnoj normi ISO 6789:2017. Mjerno područje uređaja je u rasponu od 0,1 do 2000 Nm, a uređaj će biti pogonjen pomoću elektromotora s mehaničkim prijenosnikom snage. Uređaj za umjeravanje momentnih ključeva je izveden tako da moment sile ulazi u sustav zakretanjem mjernog pretvornika momenta sile. Detaljna analiza postojećih uređaja i postupaka umjeravanja moment ključa na tržištu otkrila je neka zadovoljavajuća rješenja koja su posjedovala zahtjeve dodijeljenog zadatka, što je rezultiralo izradom par koncepata i odabirom onog optimalnog između njih, a koji je detaljnije razrađen kroz formu proračuna i tehničke dokumentacije.

Abstract

In order to ensure the reliability and quality of the screw connection, it is necessary to ensure the accuracy of the torque tool. The torque tool controls the torque intensity for tightening screws and nuts. The accuracy of torque tools depends on the procedure and the time period between the calibration process. This thesis describes the development and construction of a device used for calibration of torque wrenches according to the current ISO 6789:2017 standard. The measuring range of the device is in the range of 0,1 to 2000 Nm, and the device will be powered by an electric motor with a mechanical power transmission. The torque wrench calibration device is designed so that torque enters the system by turning torque transducers. Detailed analysis of the existing calibration devices and procedures on the market gave some satisfying solutions that meet requirements of the assignment, which resulted in making a few concepts and the optimal one was chosen for subsequent construction that was fully elaborated in a form of both calculation and tehnical documenntation.
