Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom radu izrađen je upravljački program proizvodnog pogona za preradu maslina, projektirana je linija za proizvodnju i opisan je tehnološki proces proizvodnje. Liniju sačinjavaju šest podsustava: transportni sustav, peračica, sustav za mljevenje, mješalica, centrifugalni ekstraktor i separator. Tehnologija prerade maslina opisana je kroz dvije etape razvoja ovakvih postrojenja, od samih početaka prerade sve do danas. Radi se o tradicionalnoj metodi koja se danas sve manje koristi, i modernoj metodi pod nazivom sinolea koja je automatizirana. Osuvremenjeni pogon za preradu nastoji održati proces proizvodnje u optimalnom temperaturnom intervalu, što omogućuje senzor temperature. Ovi uvjeti tzv. hladne prerade omogućavaju proizvodnju visokokvalitetnog ekstra djevičanskog maslinovog ulja. Strojevi su međusobno spojeni cjevovodom kroz koji se pumpama transportiraju masline od krute do tekuće faze. Proizvodna linija projektirana je u programskom paketu CATIA. Nacrti pojedinačnih strojeva i cjelokupnog pogona nalaze se u prilogu ovog rada. Za upravljanje ovim sustavom potrebni su senzori prisustva, senzori razine tekućine, senzor temperature, elektromotori, elektromagnetski ventili i tipkala sa signalnim svjetlom. Pri izradi programa bilo je potrebno pridržavati se tehnoloških zahtjeva tijekom prerade. Stoga je manji dio postrojenja upravljan tipkalima kako bi se zadovoljili koraci prozivodnje koji se ne mogu u potpunosti automatizirati. Upravljački program izrađen je u programskom paketu TIA PORTAL. Jezgru upravljanja sačinjava industrijsko računalo PLC S7-1200 proizvođača SIEMENS koji se za potrebe ovako robusnog proizvodnog sustava proširuje dodatnim modulima izlaza i ulaza.

Abstract

In this thesis, a production plant for olives processing is created, a production line is designed and a technological process is described. The line consists of six subsystems: transport system, perforator, grinder, mixer, centrifugal extractor and separator. Olive processing technology is described through two stages of the development of such plants since the very beginnings of processing until today. It is a traditional method that is less used today, and with modern methods called Sinolea® that is automated. The modern processing plant tries to maintain the production process at an optimal temperature interval, which is enabled by the temperature sensor. These so called cold processing allow the production of high quality extra virgin olive oil. The machines are interconnected by a pipeline through which the pumps transport the olives from the solid to the liquid phase. The production line is designed in the CATIA software package. Tehnical drawings of the individual machines and the entire drive are in the appendix of this work. Sensors presence, sensor fluid levels, temperature sensors, electromotors, electromagnetic valves, and indicator lamps are required to operate this system. When designing the program it was necessary to adhere to the technological requirements during the processing. Thus, the smaller part of the plant is controlled by the buttons to meet the steps of the process that can not be fully automated. The control program was created in the TIA PORTAL program package. The main control device is SIEMENS PLC S7-1200 industrial computer, which is expanded to meet the needs of this robust production system with additional output and input modules.
