Abstract (Croatian)

Tema ovoga rada jest uloga dokumentirane informacije u sustavu upravljanja kvalitetom. Kvaliteta je apstraktan pojam kojeg definiraju mnogi autori, i to na različiti način. Razvoj kvalitete valja razmatrati u nekoliko faza, i to kroz to fazu predindustrijske revolucije, fazu industrijske revolucije, fazu početak Drugog svjetskog rata, fazu kasnih osamdesetih godina, te fazu 21. stoljeća. Od međunarodnih organizacija za kvalitetu danas je najznačajnija ISO neprofitna organizacija koja postavlja norme kvalitete. Sustav upravljanja kvalitetom ima važnu ulogu u poduzeću, budući da je riječ o skupu međusobno ovisnih procesa nadzora pružanja određenih usluga, a cilj je održavanje i neprestano poboljšanje kvalitete. U normi ISO 9001:2015 došlo je do uvođenja pojma „dokumentirana informacija“, koji zamjenjuje pojam „dokumentacija“ i „zapis“ iz norme ISO 9001:2008. U radu su također prikazane razne nove metodologije u sustavu upravljanja kvalitetom po kojima se dolazi do uspješnih ostvarivanja rezultata u poslovanju te praćenja čitavog procesa proizvodnje na najmoderniji i sofisticiraniji način.

Abstract

The topic of this paper is the role of documented information in the quality management system. Quality is an abstract concept defined by many authors, in a different way. The development of quality must be considered in several phases, through the pre-industrial revolution phase, the industrial revolution phase, the start of the Second World War, the late 1980s, and the 21st century. International organizations for quality today are the most important non-profit organization that sets quality standards. The quality management system plays an important role in the company, as it is a set of mutually dependent process of overseeing certain services, with the aim of maintaining and continuously improving quality. The ISO 9001: 2015 standard introduces the term "documented information", replacing the term "documentation" and "record" of ISO 9001: 2008. This paper shows also new methods in the quality management system that lead to significant success and help to monitor the whole production process in a sophisticated and modern way.
