Abstract (Croatian)

Tema ovog rada je ispitivanje utjecaja postupka aditivne proizvodnje električnim lukom i žicom (WAAM) na korozijsku postojanost dupleks čelika. Rad je podijeljen u dva dijela, prvi teorijski te drugi eksperimentalni dio. U teoretskom dijelu opisane su vrste i svojstva nehrđajućih čelika s posebnim naglaskom na mehanička i korozijska svojstva dupleks nehrđajućih čelika. Nadalje, opisane su specifičnosti tehnologije zavarivanja dupleks nehrđajućih čelika te karakteristike njihove zavarljivosti. Opisana je aditivna proizvodnja te konkretno postupak aditivne proizvodnje električnim lukom i žicom (WAAM) i njegov utjecaj na izradu komponenti od dupleks čelika. Kao sinteza teorijskog dijela rada opisana je korozijska postojanost zavarenih spojeva nehrđajućih čelika ponovno s posebnim naglaskom na dupleks nehrđajuće čelike te su spomenute metode osiguranja korozijske postojanosti.U eksperimentalnom dijelu opisana je izrada uzorka zida WAAM postupkom te priprema uzoraka za provedbu ispitivanja. Analizirana su dobivena makrostrukturna i mikrostrukturna svojstva, provedena elektrokemijska korozijska ispitivanja i ispitivanja postojanosti na rupičastu koroziju te su analizirani dobiveni rezultati.

Abstract

The theme of this paper is testing the influence of wire and arc additive manufacturing (WAAM) on corrosion resistance of duplex steel. The work is divided into two parts, the first theoretical and the second experimental. The theoretical part describes the types and properties of stainless steels with a special emphasis on the mechanical and corrosion properties of duplex stainless steels. Furthermore, the specificity of the welding technology of duplex stainless steel and the characteristics of their weldability are described. In the next section, the additive manufacturing and WAAM process are outlined. Influence of WAAM process on the manufacturing and properties of components made of duplex steel are described. As the synthesis of the first, theoretical part of the paper, the corrosion resistance of welded joints of stainless steel was described with a special emphasis on duplex stainless steel and at the end methods for ensuring corrosion resistance are mentioned. The experimental part describes the manufacturing of a wall and the preparation of samples for further testing. The obtained macrostructure and microstructure were analyzed, electrochemical corrosion tests and testing of resistance to pitting corrosion were performed and analyzed.
