Abstract (Croatian)

Tehnologija zavarivanja jedna je od najvažnijih tehnoloških procesa u metalnoj industriji. Osim razvoja tehnologije zavarivanja, kroz povijest su se razvile i druge grane industrije poput robotizacije. Ujedinjenjem, odnosno implementacijom robotizacije u tehnologiju zavarivanja, dolazi do razvoja nove grane u industriji pod nazivom robotizirano zavarivanje. Jedan od najčešće korištenih zavarivačkih postupaka koji se robotizira je postupak MAG zavarivanja. Kod robotiziranog zavarivanja vrlo važnu ulogu imaju senzori. Oni služe za kontrolu i praćenje putanje zavarenog spoja. U teorijskom dijelu rada govori se općenito o robotiziranom postupku MAG zavarivanja, vrstama senzora koji se primjenjuju kod robotiziranog MAG zavarivanja te njihovim značajkama, ograničenjima i primjeni u realnoj proizvodnji. U eksperimentalnom dijelu definiraju se parametri senzora električnog luka koji omogućuju praćenje putanje zavarenog spoja. Na kraju rada donesen je zaključak na temelju rezultata istraživanja.

Abstract

Welding technology is one of the most important technological processes in the metal industry. Apart from the development of welding technology, other branches of industry such as robotization have developed through history. By unification or implementation of robotization in welding technology, a new branch of industry is emerging, called robotic welding. One of the most frequently used welding processes that is robotized is the MAG welding process. For robotic welding, sensors have a very important role. They are used for controlling and tracking the welded joint. In the theoretical part of the thesis, we talk about robot welding MAG welding, types of sensors applied to robotic MAG welding and their features, limitations and application in real production. In the experimental part, the parameters of the through arc sensor which enable tracing of the welding joint are defined. At the end of the work a conclusion was made based on the results of the research.
