Abstract (Croatian)

U okviru diplomskog rada izrađen je model prometa grada Ozlja. Model prometa pojednostavljeni je prikaz stvarnog stanja prometne mreže, a namijenjen je za istraživanje i procjenu emisija iz cestovnog prometa u gradu Ozlju. Prednost ovakvog načina izračuna je izvodljivost u svim mogućim slučajevima odvijanja prometa. Nakon stvaranja inicijalnog modela i procedure izračuna, jednostavnim korekcijama prometne mreže može se provesti „što ako“ (engl. „what if“) analizu raznih scenarija razvoja prometnih tokova. Istraživanje se može podijeliti na dvije velike cjeline: izrada prometnog modela i procjena emisija iz cestovnog prometa. U prvom dijelu rada, za izradu prometnog modela prometa upotrijebljen je klasični četverostupanjski model prometa razvijen 60 – ih godina prošlog stoljeća, a vrlo često se koristi i danas. Model se izrađuje kroz četiri koraka: generiranje putovanja, distribucija putovanja, modalna raspodjela putovanja i dodjeljivanje putovanja na mrežu. U uvodnom dijelu izrade modela prometa prikazane su teorijske osnove četverostupanjskog modela i za svaki korak dan je numerički primjer radi lakšeg razumijevanja postupaka koje program provodi. Nakon svladavanja teorijskih osnova, u programu PTV Visum je izrađen prometni model i razmatrano je nekoliko scenarija odvijanja prometa koji prikazuju mogućnosti programa. U drugom dijelu rada opisan je postupak izračuna emisija iz cestovnog prometa pomoću programa COPERT: Street Level, pri čemu je, korištenjem podataka o broju vozila na prometnici, brzinama kretanja vozila, trajanja perioda promatranja i emisijskih faktora, stvorena procjena ukupnih emisija na svim segmentima prometnica. Provedena je procjena emisija za nekolicinu različitih scenarija struktura voznog parka u skladu s trendom porasta broja električnih vozila i „eko - zona“. Rezultati simulacija prometnih tokova i procjena emisija pokazuju da smanjenju emisija najviše pogoduju gradnja novog mosta i modernizacija voznog parka uvođenjem vozila s višim emisijskim razredima.

Abstract

This master's thesis researched a number of traffic models for the city of Ozalj. A traffic model is a simplified overview of real conditions on a traffic network. This study's objective was an estimation of road traffic emissions in the city of Ozalj. The used method of estimation is feasible for any given traffic scenario. After completion of an initial model and calculation procedures, a „what if“ analysis of different traffic scenarios has been conducted by means of simple corrections on a traffic network. The study consists of two large units: traffic model creation and road traffic emissions estimation. In the first unit, a classic, four step model first developed in the 1960’s was utilized to create a traffic flow model. It consists of four steps: trip generation, trip distribution, modal split, and route assignment. In the introduction to model creation, the theoretical bases of the four step model were explained along with the appropriation of numerical examples to each step for a better understanding of program procedures. Following the explanation of these theoretical bases, a traffic model was created in PTV Visum and several traffic flow scenarios were reviewed in order to present program features. In the second unit, estimations of road traffic emissions were calculated by implementing data pertaining to the number of road vehicles, vehicle velocities, duration of observation periods and emissions factors into COPERT: Street Level, for an estimation of total emissions on all road segments. Several different motorpool scenarios were considered, with the growing trends of electrical vehicles and „eco-zones“ in mind. Results of traffic flow simulations and emissions estimations imply that the optimal solution to reducing emissions includes construction of a new bridge as well as raising the share of vehicles with higher emission performance standards by means of motorpool modernization.
