Abstract (Croatian)

U ovom diplomskom radu prikazana je izrada konstrukcijskog rješenja prijenosne jedinice za pogon plutajućih pumpi. U sklopu rada napravljena je konstrukcijska razrada prijenosne jedinice za pogon plutajućih pumpi pomoću hidrostatičkih prijenosnika pogonjenih motorom s unutrašnjim izgaranjem. Kroz rad proračunati su dijelovi hidrauličnog sustava poput spremnika i hladnjaka hidrauličnog ulja, zatim je razrađena nosiva konstrukcija prijenosne jedinice te provjereni svi kritični presjeci konstrukcije. Napravljena je i konstrukcijska razrada i proračun udvojenog hidrauličnog vitla za namatanje šezdeset metara hidrauličnog crijeva tlačnog voda, te šezdeset metara hidrauličnog crijeva povratnog voda. Crijeva su namjenjena za dobavu hidrauličnog ulja od prijenosne jedinice do pogonskog hidromotora plutajuće pumpe. Na kraju su prikazani standardni dijelovi korišteni pri razradi prijenosne jedinice, te je napravljena analiza svih mogućih opasnosti pri radi s prijenosnom jedinicom prema Pravilniku o sigurnosti strojeva. Prijenosna jedinica je oblikovana i konstruirana uz pomoć standardnih profila spojenih lako dostupnim tehnikama spajanja. Proveden je kontrolni proračun te je za prikaz rješenja jedinice izrađen 3D CAD model napravljen u programskom paketu PTC Creo 2.0®. Na osnovu spomenutog modela izrađena je tehnička dokumentacija jedinice.

Abstract

In this master thesis is shown a design process of a floating pump movable drive unit. In this thesis is shown a design process of a floating pump movable drive unit by means of hydrostatic drive system powered by an internal combustion engine. Throughout the thesis, the parts of the hydraulic system such as the tank and cooler of the hydraulic oil have been calculated, then the main carrier construction is designed and all critical cross sections of the construction are checked. The strucural design and calculation of the double drum hydraulic winch for winding the sixty meter of hydraulic pressure line hose and the sixty meter hydraulic return hose is also made. The hoses are intended for the supply of hydraulic oil from the movable unit to the hydraulic drive motor of floating pump. At the end, the standard parts used in the development of the movable unit and an analysis of all possible hazards while working with the movable unit according to the Machinery Safety Ordinance are shown. The movable unit is designed and shaped with the help of standard profiles connected with easily accessible connecting techniques. A calculation was performed and a 3D CAD model made in the PTC Creo 2.0® software was displayed to show the solution. Based on the mentioned model, the technical documentation of the unit was made.
