Abstract (Croatian)

Tema ovog rada jest analiza gibanja središta mase zrakoplova na većim udaljenostima te usporedba rezultata sa sličnim modelom koji ne uzima u obzir rotaciju te zakrivljenost Zemlje. Matematički model se sastoji do niza diferencijalnih jednadžbi koje opisuju gibanje središta mase. Nakon sastavljanja sustava diferencijalnih jednadžbi koji vrijede za bilo koji zrakoplov, prikupljeni su podaci za konkretan zrakoplov marke Boeing 747 kako bi se izračunale određene aerodinamičke značajke. Zatim je odabrana ruta na kojoj se očekuje primjetna razlika u rezultatima između dva modela. Naposljetku, dobijeni rezultati koeficijenta uzgona, otpora, kutevi penjanja, skretanja te valjanja, te putanja gibanja središta mase zrakoplova se grafički prikazuju.

Abstract

Topic of this final thesis is analysis of motion of center of mass of an airplane over larger distances in comparison with similar model which does not take into consideration roundness and rotation of Earth. Mathematical model consists of series of differential equations which describe motion of center of mass. After compiling system of equations that can be applied for any airplane, data for specific airplane, Boeing 747, has been gathered to calculate certain aerodynamic specifications. Afterwards, route on which there is noticable difference between two models has been selected. Finally, obtained results for coefficients of lift and drag, flight path angle, heading angle and roll angle and trajectory of motion of center of mass of an airplane are graphically presented.
